入社のきっかけ・動機を教えてください。
フリーターとして働いてきた職歴しかなく、年齢を重ねた自分でも挑戦できる仕事を探していました。この会社の募集を見つけたとき、特別なスキルがなくても始められること、そして自分に合った労働条件だったことが決め手となり、思い切って挑戦しました。
What was your motivation/reason for joining the company?
I had only worked as a freelancer in the past and was looking for a job that would challenge me as I got older. When I found an opening with this company, I decided to take the plunge because I didn’t need any special skills to get started and the working conditions were suitable for me.
入社前と入社後で会社に対する印象に違いはありましたか？
入社前に特別なイメージを持たずに入ったため、大きなギャップは感じませんでした。実際に働き始めて、落ち着いた雰囲気や、着実に仕事を覚えていける環境が整っていると感じています。
Was there any difference in your impression of the company before and after you joined?
Since I entered the company without any special image before joining, I did not feel any big gap. After actually starting work, I feel that the company has a calm atmosphere and an environment where I can steadily learn the work.
現在の主な業務内容を教えてください。
エアコンを中心とした空調設備の工事が主な業務です。取り付けから修理まで幅広く対応しており、日々異なる現場でさまざまな課題に向き合っています。
What are your main responsibilities at present?
Our main business is the installation of air conditioning equipment, mainly air conditioners. We provide a wide range of services from installation to repair, and we face a variety of challenges at different sites every day.
この仕事で特にやりがいを感じる瞬間はどんな時ですか？
お客さまから直接「ありがとう」という感謝の言葉をいただける瞬間に、特にやりがいを感じます。自分の作業が誰かの役に立っていることを実感できるのが、この仕事の魅力です。
What moments do you find particularly rewarding in this job?
I find it especially rewarding at the moment when I receive a word of thanks directly from a customer. The appeal of this job is that I can feel that my work is useful to someone else.
印象に残っている仕事について教えてください。
初めて担当した現場は、居酒屋の増築工事でした。すべてが初体験で緊張しましたが、その分達成感も大きかったです。また、新潟駅南にあるビルで約1ヶ月間夜間作業を行った現場は、長期間にわたる作業ということもあり特に印象に残っています。毎日同じ現場に通い、工事が完成するまでのプロセスを間近で見られたのは貴重な経験でした。
Tell us about your most memorable work.
The first site I worked on was an addition to a tavern. It was a nerve-wracking first experience for me, but the sense of accomplishment was great. The site where we worked at night for about a month on a building south of Niigata Station left a particularly strong impression on me because we worked there for a long period of time. It was a valuable experience for me to go to the same site every day and see the process of construction up close until its completion.
職場環境について教えてください。
チームの雰囲気や働きやすさはどのように感じていますか？
現場には基本的に二人一組で向かうことが多く、一緒に働く部長とは特に仕事がしやすいです。作業中だけでなく、移動中の車内で会話をすることも多く、親しみやすい雰囲気が魅力です。仕事の相談も気軽にできるため、安心して作業に集中できます。
Tell us about your work environment.
How do you feel about the team atmosphere and the ease of working together?
We generally head to the job site in pairs, and it is especially easy to work with the department heads we work with. We often have conversations not only during work but also in the car while traveling, and the friendly atmosphere is very appealing. Because I can easily discuss work issues with them, I can concentrate on my work with peace of mind.
入社してから自分自身が成長したと感じる点はどこですか？
入社当初はすべての作業で指示を仰ぎながら進めていましたが、今では自分で原因を考え、問題を解決するための判断ができるようになりました。この変化を通じて、自分自身の成長を実感しています。
Where do you feel you have grown since joining the company?
When I first joined the company, I had to ask for instructions in all tasks, but now I am able to think about the causes of problems and make decisions to solve them on my own. Through this change, I feel that I have grown as a person.
この仕事を通じて身についたスキルや知識は何ですか？
電気工事に関する技術を身につけることができました。さらに、仕事を通じて得た知識を活かして、自宅の家電を自分で修理できるようになったのも良いスキルだと感じています。このように、実生活にも役立つスキルを習得できるのが魅力です。
What skills or knowledge have you acquired through this job?
I was able to acquire skills related to electrical work. Furthermore, I feel that it is a good skill to be able to use the knowledge I have gained through my work to repair appliances in my home by myself. In this way, I am able to acquire skills that are useful in real life.
今後挑戦してみたいことや目標を教えてください。
現場経験を積んだことで、より大規模なプロジェクトや難易度の高い作業にも挑戦していきたいと考えています。また、将来的には新人育成にも携わり、これまで自分が経験してきたことを後輩に伝える立場になりたいです。
What are your future challenges and goals?
Having gained on-site experience, I would like to take on larger projects and more challenging tasks. In the future, I would also like to be involved in training new employees and be in a position to pass on to younger employees what I have experienced so far.

この仕事の大きな特徴として、毎日違う現場で働ける点が挙げられます。同じ場所で作業することが少ないため、新鮮な気持ちで仕事に臨めるのが魅力です。さらに、移動中に新しい景色を見られることも、この仕事ならではの楽しみのひとつです。
What attracts you to this company or job?
One of the main characteristics of this job is that you get to work at a different site every day. Since we rarely work in the same place, we can approach our work with a fresh mindset. Another unique aspect of this job is that you get to see new scenery while traveling.
新しく入社する方に向けて会社や仕事について伝えたいことはありますか？
特別な経験やスキルがなくても始められる仕事です。自分も未経験からのスタートでしたが、仕事を少しずつ覚えていく中で、次の作業を予測しながら行動できるようになりました。成長を実感できる環境が整っているので、ぜひ挑戦してみてください。焦らず取り組めば、必ず成果がついてくる仕事です。
Is there anything you would like to tell newcomers about the company or your job?
You do not need any special experience or skills to start this job. I myself started with no experience, but as I learned the job little by little, I became able to anticipate the next task and act accordingly. We have an environment where you can experience growth, so please give it a try. If you work at this job without hesitation, the results will surely follow.
