入社のきっかけ・動機を教えてください。
地元で働きたいという気持ちが強く、同時に自分が持っている資格を最大限に活かせる職場を探していました。この会社はその両方を叶えられる環境が整っていると感じたのが入社の決め手です。
What was your motivation/reason for joining the company?
I had a strong desire to work locally, and at the same time I was looking for a workplace where I could make the most of my qualifications. I decided to join this company because I felt that it provided an environment where I could fulfill both of these requirements.
現在の主な業務内容を教えてください。
地元で働きたいという気持ちが強く、同時に自分が持っている資格を最大限に活かせる職場を探していました。この会社はその両方を叶えられる環境が整っていると感じたのが入社の決め手です。
What are your main responsibilities at present?
I am mainly responsible for the installation and repair of air conditioning systems. Specifically, I perform a wide variety of tasks, including installation of air conditioning equipment, inspection and maintenance of equipment, and handling repairs in the event of malfunctions. I make new discoveries every day in order to solve issues that vary from site to site.
この仕事で特にやりがいを感じる瞬間はどんな時ですか？
新築工事が完了し、空調設備が無事稼働した瞬間に大きなやりがいを感じます。特に、自分が一から担当した現場の場合は、現場の仕上がりを見るたびに「自分がこの場所に貢献できた」と感じることができ、達成感があります。この感覚が次の仕事へのモチベーションに繋がっています。
What moments do you find particularly rewarding in this job?
I feel a great sense of satisfaction the moment a new construction project is completed and the HVAC system is successfully put into operation. Especially when it is a site that I was in charge of from the very beginning, I feel a sense of accomplishment every time I see the finished site and feel that I have made a contribution to this place. This feeling motivates me to do the next job.
印象に残っている仕事について教えてください。
入社して間もない頃、先輩と一緒に大規模な現場を担当したことが印象に残っています。それまで経験したことのない規模のプロジェクトで、正直不安もありましたが、先輩のサポートのもとで無事にやり遂げることができました。「こういう大きな現場を任されるんだ」と実感し、自分の成長のきっかけにもなった大事な経験です。
Tell us about your most memorable work.
I remember one of the most memorable moments for me was when I was assigned to a large-scale site with a senior colleague shortly after I joined the company. It was a project of a scale I had never experienced before, and to be honest, I was a bit apprehensive, but with the support of my seniors, we were able to successfully complete the project. It was an important experience for me because it made me realize that I could be entrusted with such a large site, and it was also an opportunity for me to grow as a person.
職場環境について教えてください。
チームの雰囲気や働きやすさはどのように感じていますか？
チームの雰囲気はとても良く、気軽に相談しやすい環境です。ただし、人数が少ない分、一人ひとりの役割が重要であり、自然と協力し合う風土が根付いています。そうした環境のおかげで、日々チームワークを意識して働けることにやりがいを感じています。仕事を教えてもらったり、現場でのサポートを受けたりと、ちょうど良い距離感での人間関係が築けており、ストレスなく集中して業務に取り組めています。
Tell us about your work environment.
How do you feel about the team atmosphere and the ease of working together?
The team atmosphere is very good, and it is easy to consult with each other. However, because the number of employees is small, each person’s role is important, and a culture of cooperation naturally takes root. Thanks to such an environment, I find it rewarding to work with an awareness of teamwork on a daily basis. I am able to build relationships with people at just the right distance, whether I am being taught a job or receiving on-site support, and I am able to concentrate on my work without stress.
入社してから自分自身が成長したと感じる点、または仕事を通じて身についたスキルや知識はありますか？
入社当初は、わからないことが多く、その都度先輩に聞いて対応していました。しかし、今では自分で考え、解決策を見つけながら業務を進められるようになりました。加えて、電気関係や空調工事に関する資格をいくつか取得し、専門知識と実務スキルの両方を高めることができています。資格取得のサポートが充実しているため、自分のペースでスキルアップできる環境だと感じています。
What do you feel you have grown since you joined the company, or what skills or knowledge have you acquired through your work?
When I first joined the company, there were many things I did not understand, and I had to ask my seniors each time I needed help. However, I am now able to think and find solutions on my own as I go about my work. In addition, I have acquired several qualifications related to electrical and HVAC work, and am able to improve both my professional knowledge and practical skills. I feel that the environment here is conducive to improving my skills at my own pace, as there is ample support for acquiring qualifications.
今後挑戦してみたいことや目標を教えてください。
現在はある程度の資格を取得していますが、さらに上級の資格に挑戦し、専門性を高めたいと考えています。例えば、技術的な難易度が高い資格や、現場管理に必要な資格を取得し、業務全体をリードできる存在になりたいです。また、新たな技術や設備にも柔軟に対応できるよう、自己成長を続けたいと思っています。
What are your future challenges and goals?
I have currently acquired some qualifications, but I would like to challenge more advanced qualifications and enhance my expertise. For example, I would like to acquire qualifications that are technically challenging and necessary for on-site management, and become a leader in overall operations. I would also like to continue my personal development so that I can flexibly adapt to new technologies and equipment.

What attracts you to this company and what makes it different from other companies?
Our small company has an appealing at-home atmosphere. Because everyone can see each other’s faces, it is easy to support each other and provide a safe working environment. Another major attraction is that the work environment is characterized by an emphasis on ease of work, which makes it easy to concentrate on work.
これから入社する方に向けて、会社や仕事について伝えたいことはありますか？
この仕事は、最初は難しいと感じるかもしれませんが、未経験でも少しずつ学んでいける環境があります。段階的にスキルアップできる仕組みが整っているので、焦らず自分のペースで成長していけます。挑戦する意欲があればしっかりサポートしてもらえるので、安心して飛び込んできてほしいです。
Is there anything you would like to tell prospective employees about the company or your work?
This job may seem difficult at first, but we have an environment where you can learn little by little, even if you have no experience. We have a system in place that allows you to improve your skills step by step, so you can grow at your own pace without being rushed. If you are willing to take on challenges, you will be well supported, so I want you to jump in with confidence.
